Michael L. Kaplan, Esq.has been practicing law for more than twenty seven years. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the New York Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the New Jersey Federal District Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Kaplan is a member of the New York State Bar Association where he serves as a member of its Trusts and Estates Law Section, the Brooklyn Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. Kaplan is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Kaplan is also a member of the AARP Legal Services Network, a panel member of the New York City Legal Referral Service and the Brooklyn BarAssociation Legal Referral Service. He is highly rated by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Kaplan has extensive experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Practice and Litigation, Real Estate Practice and Litigation, Matrimonial Actions and family matters. In addition to representing many clients in these areas, Mr. Kaplan has been appointed by the Courts on numerous occasions as a Guardian Ad Litem and Court Evaluator. Mr. Kaplan has lectured groups about estate planning.

Linda M. Dardis, Esq. has been practicing law for over eleven years after having been a litigation paralegal for more than ten years. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as the New York Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Dardis is a member of the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association where she serves as a member of its Labor and Employment Law Section. She is also a member of the New York chapter of NELA (National Employment Lawyers Association).

The emphasis of Ms. Dardis’ practice in area of Employment Law (where she represents individual and businesses in Employment Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Civil Rights Litigation, Severance Agreements and Employment Policy), Special Education Advocacy Law and Civil Litigation.
